Becoming a Trauma Informed Church
Designed for those who lead and shepherd churches who have experienced trauma, this introductory course will equip pastors and church leadership teams with knowledge and tools to lay the foundation for moving towards healing.
Caring for Hurting Leaders
Clergy burnout, Secondary Traumatic Stress (STS), and clergy mental health are just a few of the burdens faced by our pastors. In this webinar, we'll give you an understanding of the various struggles pastors face and help you create a proactive care plan so you can care for hurting leaders well and help prevent burnout amongst pastors.
Congregational Care After Clergy Removal
Unfortunately, there are times when a pastor must be removed whether that be for misconduct, abuse, or other reasons personal to the pastor/pastor's family. When this happens, the health and wellbeing of the church moving forward depends heavily on the care received during this difficult process. This online workshop details a plan of congregational care that can be implemented during this difficult time
Recognizing Congregational Trauma
Faith communities are not immune from trauma. Often churches who are struggling to flourish are in need of deep trauma healing. This training will equip leadership to assess whether a church may be struggling to live into its God given mission because of trauma, and if so, how to create a plan of restoration to help that church thrive once more.
"Becoming a Trauma Informed Church" has strengthened and equipped us as agents of hope and healing. We have learned new ways of acknowledging and lamenting the brokenness we experience in order to catalyze participation in the healing stories of the gospel."
